Groundbreaking

For those of you who have been following this blog for a while now you know I have talked about my project at work. We officially broke ground last week. They are currently running the water line, the building pad will be completed by the end of February and I am very relieved. I am also very busy right now so the blog will suffer as a result. I will continue to post but it is going to be on a more sporadic basis.

Don't worry if you don't see anything new for a week or two, I am just working! The next six to eight months are going to bring lots of interesting events with work and hopefully even in my private life. I have a great feeling about 2010 and what it is going to have to offer.

PS: I am still smoke free after 16 days. I am kicking the butts to the curb and loving my new life. I leave on Friday for a much needed mini break and vacation to LA and Palm Springs. The last year at work has been really difficult and full of issues, but finally all of that is coming together and I have a green light on my project.

Very glad to hear that you're still off the cigs. I've never been a smoker but I come from an extended family of smokers, on both sides. Interesting that my brother and sister and I never tried it... could have been the fear of punishment put into our heads by our parents!

I see 2010 as an all-around good year. Hope to read about more great developments.
